The subject of the contract is the provision of municipal waste management services collected from the areas of communes serviced by Przedsiębiorstwo Gospodarki Komunalnej Społka z o. o. in Węgrow by: sorting, recovery, composting and storage of municipal waste and other lawful metwaste management. Waste management is to ensure the achievement of appropriate levels of recycling, preparation for re-use and recovery by other methods, and to reduce the weight of biodegradable municipal waste and transferred to landfill, in accordance with the provisions of the lawsy of September 13, 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in communes (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1549, as amended) and the provisions of the Waste Management Plan for the Mazowieckie Voivodeship.
