Tender Details

Municipal waste Biodegradable waste 1. The subject of the order consists of two parts: 1) part I of the order includes collection, transport and management of the following waste: a) unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste (code 20 03 01); (b)mixed packaging waste made of metal, plastic and multi-material packaging (code 15 01 06); 2) part II of the order covers the collection and management of biodegradable waste (code 20 02 01), generated as a result of the activity by the Ordering Party. 2. The contractor may submit an offer for one or both parts of the order. 3. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in Annex No. 4 to the SWZ. 4. Expected amount of waste managed within 24 hours months: 1) unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste - 3, 600 t; 2) mixed packaging waste - 200 t; 3) biodegradable waste - 1000 tonnes. 5.All waste codes are consistent with the annex to the regulation of the Minister of Climate of January 2, 2020 on the waste catalog (Journal of Laws of 2020, item 10). 6. Throughout the entire duration of the Agreement, the Contractor is obliged to have civil liability insurance for his business activities. 7.The Ordering Party guarantees the transfer for waste management in the amount of 50% of the values ​​indicated in section 4 above.
