MANAGEMENT OF LARGE WASTE The subject of the order is: Management of waste code 20 03 07 - large-sized waste. Estimated amount of waste to be managed: 1, 500 [Mg]. The Ordering Party stipulates that the amount of waste specified in this way is limited indicative amount and the management of waste in an amount less than 1500 [Mg] does not give rise to any liability on the part of the Ordering Party, provided that the Ordering Party is obliged to hand over to the Contractor for management at least 400 [Mg] of waste, and for failure to transfer this minimum amount, the Ordering Party shall be liable for damages on general principles provided for by generally applicable law. The minimum threshold of waste that the Ordering Party will transfer to the Contractor for the purpose of development is 400 Mg. After weighing on the Ordering Party's on-ramp scale, the Ordering Party will provide the driver with a weighing receipt and issue a waste transfer card in the Database on Products, Packaging and Waste Management (BDO), which the Contractor will approve it after receiving the shipment in accordance with the weight of the Ordering Party. The waste that is the subject of the order is regularly delivered to the NOVA Sp. installation. z o. o. stream of waste collected from households, public utility units and companies, in under signed contracts or public procurement. Waste delivery to the Contractor will take place on working days from Monday to Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., excluding public holidays...
