The purpose of this public procurement is to:

•provide the client UKC Ljubljana (hereinafter: the client) with high-quality and efficient operation of the client's information system in the segments and contents defined below in these professional requirements, in a way that will provide end users with vihigh availability, security and support when using the information system;

•provide an appropriate centralized user support center that will operate based on best practice standards - the basis for quality service management is ITIL (IT Infrastructure Library) at least V3;

•providei documented tracking of the implementation of IT services and reporting, using appropriate software that is certified for compliance with ITIL recommendations at least V3 (PinkVerify™ 2011 Toolset);
