The assignment concerns the management (including administration) of Energiefonds Overijssel. This includes taking over the current portfolio, existing obligations and continuing to invest in promising projects contribute to the goals in the provincial Energy Vision. The Energy Fund consists of two companies: Energiefonds Overijssel I B.V. (EFO I) that provides risk capital and Energiefonds Overijssel II B.V. (EFO II) which provides loans and guarantees. This should also be governed by management.
