Management of components for the production of RDF - waste with codes 19 12 12 and 19 12 04, together with the service of their collection and transport 1) The subject of the order is the service of management of components for the production of RDF - waste with codes 19 12 12 and 19 12 04 together with the service their collection and transport in an estimated total amount of 2, 500 Mg. 2) The description of the subject of the order and the description of the ordering party's requirements regarding implementation and acceptance are specified in: - description of the subject of the order - Annex No. 1 to the SWZ, -designed provisions of the contract - Annex No. 2 to the SWZ. 3) The ordering party does not provide for the contractor's obligation to visit the site or check the documents necessary to complete the order, available on site at the ordering party. The Ordering Party provides for the possibility carrying out a local inspection of the place of execution of the order. Place of the visit: the premises of the Municipal Waste Disposal Plant "Orli Staw", Orli Staw 2, 62-834 Ceków. Contractors who are interested in completing the above-mentioned site visit to familiarize yourself with object and waste - in connection with the implementation of the subject of the order, they are obliged to report their willingness to visit via the purchasing platform by sending a message to the ordering party. 4) Ordering Party in accordance with Art. joke. 139 of the Public Procurement Law first will examine and evaluate the offers, and then subjectively qualify the contractor whose offer was rated the highest in terms of the lack of grounds for exclusion and compliance with the conditions for participation in the procedure....
