Tender Details

The object of the contract is the assignment of a collection, transport, sorting and processing service of expired drugs and drugs that can no longer be used, including (expired and/or unused) cytostatics medicines, which come from households and which are collected nationwide by Pharmacies. The present tender concerns 400 tons of waste for a period of twenty-four (24) months. The service provided is classified in following code of the Common Vocabulary of public contracts (CPV): 90524000 -6 Medical waste services, in accordance with the Ministry of Health's Sanitary Regulation numbered DYG3a/Oik.2464/9-1-2012 (Government Gazette 11/10-1-2012 Issue B). Waste codes are MSW 20 01 31*, and EKA 20 01 32. This contract is not subdivided into sections. Offers are submitted for the entire subject of this tender, as described in Appendix I of this tender. The estimated value of the contract amounts to €669, 600.00, including VAT 24% (budget without VAT: €540, 000.00 & VAT 24%: €129, 600.00). The duration of the contract is set at twenty-four (24) months, which starts from the date specified in contract.
