Management and project training Manager workshops The Pays de la Loire Region is engaged in a major transformation process with the ambition of positioning itself as an agile and strategic community. This approach generates an adjustment public policies, processes, ways of doing things and positions more than ever the managerial line (hierarchical managers, project managers) as the facilitator and relay of this approach. To support this dynamic, the Region is choosing to invest heavily in supporting managers via a specific training offer, adjusted to regional standards and the establishment of managerial animation workshops (these workshops aim to gain height in relation to its practices, implement action plans, support teams in developing their management project, adjust the functioning of work groups, etc.). She wishes to be supported by a service provider providing expertise and capacity to carry these systems with its 4, 000 agents and more particularly its managerial line (250 people at headquarters level, 200 people in high schools). The purpose of this framework agreement is therefore to train agents of the Pays de la Loire Region in the field of management and project management and the organization of managerial workshops.
