Tender Details
The subject of procurement is the management and maintenance service of the irrigation system in the Vukovar-Srijem County area for the period of four (4) years. The service in question includes conservation, deconation and maintenance of the public irrigation system Ervenica and Lipovac, all in accordance with the attached cost. Since the subject service has certain similarities and elements of construction services, regulations and standards in the field of construction or construction services, to the extent which are applicable to the service in question, will be appropriately applied. In any case, provisions on the requirements and standards of safety and occupational safety and protection will apply, the regulations on the leadership and organization of the construction site, the appointment of the construction manager and the manager of the services, the guidance of the construction book and the diary, and other applicable requirements and standards. The interventions in the space covered by the service in question can be performed in any case without an act approved by construction and location permits pursuant to the provision of Article 3, paragraph 1, item 7 of the Ordinance on simple and other buildings and works ("Official Gazette", No. 112/ 17, 34/18, 36/19, 98/19, 31/20, 74/22, 155/23).
