a) can provide capacity for new BI ETL implementations to be developed and be responsible for the management of the developed ETL components;

c) can give advice in the above field, but also in a broader sense on topics such as a possible cloud strategy to be followed, dealing with big and open data, the possibilities of data science, etc;
