1. The subject of the order is the implementation of the task entitled: Management and administration of residential premises at ul. Karsiska 2 in Chojnice.2. The ordering party intends to commission and administer 24 residential premises located in the building at ul. Karsiska 2 na operating register no. 4392/3, for which the District Court in Chojnice keeps land and mortgage register no. SL1C/00051110/0, remaining in the possession of the Commune on the basis of the lease agreement of March 13, 2025 concluded with Chojnicki Towarzystwo Budownictwa Spoeczny Sp. z o. o., ul. Mickiewicza 12a, 89-600 Chojnice. the total usable area of ​​the premises in question is 1, 274.79 m2.3. The Contractor's obligations will include in particular: financial and accounting services, maintenance of the premises and use of the premises.4. The detailed scope of the order has been left indicated in the SWZ and in the contract template constituting Annex No. 7 to the SWZ.
