1. Jose R. Reyes Memorial Medical Center, through the GOP intends to apply the sum of Two Million One Hundred Fifteen Thousand Pesos (Php2, 115, 000.00) for PIN No. 2026-SIP-080 being the ABC to payments under the contract for each lot/item. Bids received in excess of the ABC for each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The Jose R. Reyes Memorial Medical Center now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Services is required by Nine (9) months. Bidders should have completed, within Five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
