As part of efforts to increase agility, innovate, and deliver on its Digital & Data mandate; PHO will be transitioning to a modern cloud-smart technology stack. The purpose of this advanced notice is to solicit interest from qualified established suppliers with demonstrated experience to participate in the upcoming open competitive procurement for a Managed Services Provider (MSP) and technical advisor that will support PHO cloud tenant design and build, migration of existing on-premises systems and services, and transition of core back office and desktop support capabilities to a new cloud-centric model.
Due to the current writ period associated with the provincial election, the release of the bid solicitation on the Ontario Tenders Portal (Jaggaer) for these services will be deferred to a later date in the 2025 calendar year. PHO will update OTP with dates once confirmed.
