SUMMARY OF REQUIRED GOODS/SERVICES:The key objectives in issuing this RFP is as follows:This Request for Proposals (“RFP”) is to identify CBC/Radio-Canada-s future Supplier(s) of printing equipment (multifunction and single purpose) and associated managed print services required for CBC/Radio-Canada.CBC/Radio-Canada is seeking a new Managed Print Services agreement with a built-in catalog of certified equipment and cloud-hosted print architecture. A printer replacement project will ensue from the agreement with the winning proponent and will seek to replace the end-of-life equipment, approximately 10% of the fleet, with newer equipment, while maintaining current fleet and aiming at reducing the operating costs.2.
