The Department Of Fire And Emergency Services (Dfes) Is A Western Australian State Government Department, Legislated Responsibility For Emergency Management Across A Range Of Hazards Including Bushfire, Cyclone, Severe Storm, Flood, Structure Fire And Hazardous Materials (Hazmat). Dfes Is Supported By More Than 1800 Staff And 27, 000 Volunteers, With Dfes&Rsquo;S Organisational Structure Comprising 4 Commands: Operations, Strategy And Emergency Management, The Rural Fire Division, And Corporate Services. Dfes&Rsquo; Information And Communications Technology Directorate Provides Support Across Three Key Areas Of Focus, Application Services, Infrastructure Services, And Ict Security And Resilience.For This Request, The Department Is Seeking The Services Of Suitably Qualified And Experienced Contractor(S) To Provide Services Under Three (3) Categories:Category 1: Application Services;Category 2: Infrastructure Services; Andcategory 3: Security And Resilience Services.To Support Dfes Operations, The Contractor(S) Will Be Required To Provide A Mixture Of Base Services And Project Services In Each Category.
