Tender Details

Tenders are invited for Managed Cloud-Based Infrastructure Services for GIS

- Capable of providing setup, configuration, maintenance, backup, and support of a cloud-based infrastructure to run ESRI ArcGIS Enterprise Server with GeoEvent Server

- Provide all costs involved for the cloud-based infrastructure to facilitate ArcGIS Server, SQL Server, file server, web server, up to three remote workstations to allow for editing and manipulation of cloud-based GIS data, and any other devices necessary to support the completed ArcGIS Server environment.

- Currently maintains an Enterprise Licensing contract with ESRI

- The transition to a cloud-based system will be handled in phases.

• Fully managed software installations and cloud-base infrastructure

• Operating system updates and patching

• ArcGIS software updates and patching

• Backup and retention management for both ArcGIS Server and all related data

• System monitoring and utilization reports

• 24/7 customer support

• Ability to run and support multiple ArcGIS Server versions simultaneously

• Ability to maintain database replication needs between cloud and onsite databases

• Ability to support editing of cloud-based GIS data via ArcMap or ArcPro

• Ability to easily recover select data or features from system backups as needed
