ID: 1089816 Purpose of the competition: This competition aims to select a qualified provider to supply and activate the ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus system in its multilingual Enterprise Edition, in order to create an independent environment (Instance-2) dedicated to managing services. Facilities Management, in addition to renewing maintenance and technical support services for the current IT Service Management (ITSM) system. Through this competition, the Tourism Development Fund seeks to improve the efficiency of managing requests and services, and to separate operational processes between services Information technology and facilities services, in a way that enhances operational governance, raises the level of service quality, business continuity, and adherence to the requirements of the Digital Government Authority related to governance, compliance, and quality of digital services. The competition also includes providing integrated professional services for implementation and preparation The new system, ensuring its operational readiness, and supporting it during the testing and actual operation phases in accordance with best practices in IT and corporate services management.
