Description : Technical Specifications:
1. Twelve (12) months provision of Utility/Janitorial Personnel Services at DepEd - Man-ai Elementary School Sitio Man-ai, Tignapoloan, Cagayan de Oro City, rendering one (1) Shift:
- 7:00 AM - 12:00 Noon, 1:00 PM - 4:00 PM
-8 hours daily tour of duty from Mondays - Saturdays, including Holidays
-Must render services during Sundays if the need arises
-One (1) Utility/Janitorial required
2. The Service Provider shall provide One (1) Utility/Janitorial Personnel who is:
a. of good moral character and without criminal or police records;
b. physically and mentally fit, as evidence by the medical certificate;
c. duly trained and skilled to function as Utility/Janitorial Personnel;
d. fully vaccinated
*The Service Provider, upon receipt of the Notice of Award, shall be required to submit to DepEd - Man-ai Elementary School, Sitio Man-ai, Tignapoloan, Cagayan de Oro City a sworn statement attesting the compliance with the foregoing.
