The work includes, among other things (more detailed in the tender documents):- extensive demolition work- sealing repairs- floor encapsulation work, installation of floor coating- space changes- HVAC work, including renewal of the IV machine.- false ceiling installations- painting work- lighting renewals and electrical work.- removal, relocation and re-installation of fixed furniture, as well as the purchase and installation of new furniture - listing, finishing work - commissioning cleaning of the entire contract area.
