Malaysia Aviation Group (MAG) is inviting qualified service providers to participate in a tender for Application Management Services (AMS) supporting the elnvoice solution and related IBM middleware components, including IBM ACE, IBM MQ and IBM DataPower. Bidders should demonstrate strong experience in enterprise integration, elnvoice/LHDN Mylnvois integration, and relevant airline domain knowledge, particularly in Amadeus and Navitaire PSS environments. The scope includes proactive monitoring, incident and problem management, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), on-call support, maintenance, SLA governance and continuous service improvement. Preference will be given to Malaysia-registered legal entities with at least five (5) years of relevant experience in providing similar AMS and enterprise integration services.
