202600546 - 1 The assignment concerns the flexible provision of temporary workers, with or without own selection, at V.V.M. De Lijn wishes to rely on this to meet their personnel needs. The appeal to temporary employment is hereby permitted in the following cases: 1. temporary replacement of a contractual employee whose employment contract has been suspended; 2. temporary replacement of a contractual staff member whose employment contract has been terminated; 3. temporary replacement of a contractual staff member with a part-time career break or with a reduction in work performance in the context of the care credit; 5. a temporary increase in work; 6. performance of exceptional work; 7. in the context of employment programs; We distinguish 3 types of assignments within this framework agreement: - Regular assignments: the employment agency is called in to set up an active search and screening to suitable candidates.
