The subject of the order is to make physical copies of objects - sculptures, divided into four parts, which will be included in the permanent exhibition at the Polish History Museum in Warsaw, in accordance with the description of the subject of the order. A detailed description of the subject of the order is Annex No. 1, 1a, 1b, 1c, 1d, 1e and 1f *to SWZ.*Documents constituting "photo and descriptive documentation" (i.e. Annex No. 1f to SWZ) will be provided to the Contractor after submitting an appropriate confidentiality declaration constituting Annex No. 11 to SWZ.
