The subject of this public order is the construction of a new building that will be combined as a children's group for 12 children. This is a newly built facility for raising children from 2 to 6 years old. The object is made of 5 shipping containers of the 40HC type, which make up the total area of the house. Plan view in the shape of a rectangle. In places where the container is stored, there is a need from a static point of view the object is reinforced with steel columns of a steel profile, the same as the reinforced inner container for raised roofs. The internal structures are made up of solid plasterboard walls. It is an earth building. The building will be heated electrically using a floor heater (the playroom then using a recuperation unit) and a heat pump for use indoor split units. In social space heaters will be installed. The building will be equipped with LV lighting and socket outlets. Deo's water will drain into the outer overhang and the walls to the surface. The outer layer (walls) is insulated with thermal insulation made of mineral wool, woven foam, hardened polystyrene and covered with an outer plaster. The roof is flat. The windows and window assemblies are plastic, the color of the frame is white on the inside, metallic anthracite on the outside. Insulated triple glazing will be used. Vt window openings will be supplemented with outdoor allusions. The content of the contract is to fence the building, build an access walkway from concrete blocks, and make garden rights. On the wall of the object a PV system with a peak power of 10 kWp will be installed, to which the installation will respond to 20 panels with a power of 500 Wp/pc. The panels will be installed with the help of self-supporting structures with a 15 degree slope, in the direction of entrance and exit in the same pot.
