The main objective is to be able to generate the design conditions of the design of the establishment required for enclosures and equipment, through preventive maintenance for the chiller equipment of the CRS HPC air conditioning system, considering for such purposes the following objectives Specific:  Obtain optimal equipment.  Generate periodic inspections which allow generating a record and traceability of asset behavior.  Maintain or improve the availability of assets at the service of users.  Evaluate current conditions and deliver improvement plans, if applicable.  Keep the personnel of the Industrial Equipment Unit to the state of the equipment.  Prolong the useful life of the equipment and generate actions that reduce corrective maintenance events.  Correct deficiencies In the teams.
