Major repair of the track together with works related to engineering structures and modification of the turnouts of the railway line No. 311 Jelenia Góra - Szklarska Poręba at km 0.200 to km 23.587 Description: The contractor will demonstrate that it has designers and work managers, who have construction qualifications to design and manage construction works without restrictions in the following specialties: railway engineering in the field of railway construction facilities, bridge engineering, issued on the basis of the Regulation of the Minister Investment and Development of April 29, 2019 on professional preparation for performing independent technical functions in construction (Journal of Laws of May 6, 2019, item 831), pursuant to Art. 16 of the Act of July 7, 1994 - Construction Law (text uniform OJ of 2021, item 2351, as amended) or corresponding valid construction permits, which were issued on the basis of previously applicable regulations in this regard, and that the above-mentioned person belongs (as at the date of submission of offers) to the appropriate chamber of professional self-government and has the required civil liability insurance. 2 The contractor is obliged to submit a list of activities completed and confirmed over the last 5 years (and if the period of operation is shorter - in this period) 5 construction works with a similar specificity to the subject of the order, for a total amount of PLN 20, 000, 000.00 net, along with their value, subject matter, dates of completion and acceptance, and attached documents...
