The purpose of the assigned activities in the subject of the public procurement is to ensure the necessary structural stability and energy efficiency of the building of the City Hall - Padina village, the formation of a quality physical environment for the provision of administrative activities and services, suitable conditions forlabor of the workers. Within the framework of the public procurement, it is planned to carry out major repairs, rehabilitation, construction of ramps, with the aim of additionally providing an accessible environment between the adjacent terrain and the approaches to the building, replacing the electrical installation, increasing safety in case ofheating, construction of a new HVAC system and the installation of a photovoltaic power plant on the new roof of the building. The construction category is fifth based on Art. 137, para. 1, item 5, b. "d" of ZUT and Art. 11 of Ordinance No. 1 of 30.07.2003 for the nomenclature of construction types. There is approval for constructionnew investment projects and a Building Permit No. 2/15.01.2024 was issued. of the Chief Architect of the Municipality of Devnya.
