The construction is equated to the third category according to Art. 137, para. 1, item 3, letter "c" of the Organization Act on the territory (ZUT) and Art. 6, para. 3, item 4 of Ordinance No. 1 of 30.07.2003 on the nomenclature of construction types. Building permit No. 1126/11.02.2026 has been issued for the object.
