Pasalubong Center
1. Repair and improvement of walls using 1/4 marine plywood and good lumber, with concrete file in the lower portion.
2. Repainting of both interior and exterior of Pasalubong Center, with window and door margins
3. Repair and improvement of window into sliding windows using Analok Aluminum Profile and Reflective Bronze Glass 6mm thick
Pavilion kitchen
1. Installation of tiles
2. Installation/improvement of sink cabinet using plywood and sink
3. Repair of wall using 1/4 marine plywood and sink
4. Complete replacement of roof using Nipa and bamboo
Docking area
1. Concreting of all post of docking area using 14mm, 12mm and 10mm ateel bars, including concrete beam.
2. Installation/improvement of slab using good Gmelina lumber
