Description : The Local Government Unit-Municipality of Malinao, Aklan through the Capital Outlay, intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Eighty Thousand Pesos and 80/100 (Php180, 000.00) as the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract MAINTENANCE/IMPROVEMENT OF SOLAR PANELS.



Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at Bid Opening.



The LGU-Malinao now invites bids for the above-mentioned project to be completed within 30 calendar days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed.
