Campus Pellenberg is being completely renovated. For the new construction project, part of the building (blocks 3, 4 and 5) will be demolished to make room. First blocks 4 and 5 will be demolished, in the future block 3 will also be demolished. So in block 3 the minimal facilities remain available. The therapy tower (block 10 - TT) is retained. This assignment includes the maintenance works of block 1 and block 2 of the Pellenberg hospital campus, so that it can remain functional until the new-build hospital can be housed. The works concern the minimum and strictly necessary works to guarantee the operational continuity and safety of the existing function during the construction period of the new construction (maximum 5 years), with regard to ventilation, heating and cooling, plumbing, electricity, data, medical gases and construction. Plot P01 Sewerage does not belong to this assignment.
