Maintenance Work, Repair And Creation Of Automatic Watering Systems
Subject: This Consultation Concerns the Services Expected for the Maintenance, Repair and Creation of Automatic Watering Networks for the City of Montmorency. The Implemented Procurement Procedure Is the Adapted Open Procedure Submitted To the provisions of Article R.2123-1 of the Public Order Code. This Framework Agreement is concluded at mixed prices, namely a part at unit prices being the subject of purchase orders, and a part at fixed prices. Control Services Annual and functional which are fixed, will give rise to remuneration by application of a global and fixed price. Corrective Maintenance Services will be subject to purchase orders which may vary within the following limits, In accordance with the provisions of Articles R2162-13 and R2162-14 of the Public Order Code: Minimum threshold: No minimum Maximum threshold: €75, 000 excluding VAT.
