Tender Details

The contract covers the provision of maintenance work and small creations of collective play areas integrating floors, games, fences and various furniture located in nurseries, schools, multi-reception centers, parks and squares in the city of Versailles. The form chosen for the execution of the contract is that of the framework agreement with purchase orders, without minimum and with a single-award maximum set at 1, 500, 000 euro(s) excluding tax in application of article R2162-4 2° of the public procurement code. THE This framework agreement is concluded for a period of 48 months from October 1, 2026, or its date of notification if this is later. The execution times are defined in article 4 of the CCAP. The contract prices are unitary and the terms revision are defined in article 5 of the CCAP. The conditions for providing services are defined in article 6 of the CCAP. Penalties are defined in article 8 of the CCAP
