Tender Details

This consultation concerns work to carry out ground markings on roads, car parks and places targeted for decorative marking, located in the commune of Mandelieu-La Napoule. The award procedure used is: the adapted procedure open. It is subject to the provisions of articles L.2123-1, R.2123-1 and R.2123-4 of the Public Procurement Code. This is a framework agreement with purchase orders, awarded at unit prices with minimum and maximum, setting all the stipulations contractual and executed as purchase orders are issued, without negotiation or re-competition, according to the terms provided for in the framework agreement and in application of articles L.2125-1 1°, R.2162-1 to R.2162-6, R.2162-13 and R.2162-14 of the Public Procurement Code. The contractual prices are those set in the unit price schedule and apply to the quantities actually ordered and produced within the limit of the following amounts: annual minimum 100, 000 EUR excluding tax; annual maximum 600 000 EUR excluding tax. The contracting authority reserves the possibility of subsequently entrusting the holder of the framework agreement, in application of articles L.2122-1 and R.2122-7 of the Public Procurement Code, with one or more new framework agreements having as its object carrying out similar services.
