The Oise-Aisne Agreement manages watercourses and aquatic environments within the framework of GEMA competence. The purpose of this consultation is to provide maintenance services for waterways and aquatic environments. The services concern the maintenance of the works, watercourses, wetlands and other aquatic environments belonging to or under the management of the Oise-Aisne Agreement. These interventions will for the most part be planned annually or several years. Other services ordered may be provided at the following a meteorological event which caused the flow to malfunction. For example, interventions to clear landfalls and jams will be ordered following a thunderstorm or a storm that has caused sinking. mud or falling trees.
