Tender Details

This involves the renewal of preventive, corrective and progressive maintenance of the system put in place. The procurement procedure used is: open call for tenders. It is subject to the provisions of articles L. 2124-2, R. 2124-2 1° and R. 2161-2 to R. 2161-5 of the Public Procurement Code. This is a composite framework agreement comprising an ordinary contract (without purchase orders), concluded in installments, in application of articles R. 2113-4 to R. 2113-6 of the Public Procurement Code and a framework agreement with maximum passed in application of articles L2125-1 1°, R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the Public Procurement Code, which will give rise to the issuance of purchase orders. The firm phase corresponds to the maintenance of the device video protection and optional tranche no. 1 for carrying out an audit.
