Maintenance, verification and repair of doors automatic parking, access barriersess and automatic pedestrian doors to be created as needed, across the entire real estate portfolio managed by Paris Habitat-OPH - 3 LOTS

The consultation is divided into 3 geographical lots, each lot will be subject to a mixed framework agreement comprising a fixed part and apurchase order part, within the meaning of articles R2162-2 and following of the Public Order Code, without minimum amount and with an annual maximum of 200, 000 euro(s) excluding tax for lots 1 and 2 and 240, 000 euro( s) Excl. VAT for lot 3.

For each lot, the duration of the contract is 24 months from the 1str October 2024 or from the date of notification if later. The contract is renewable twice for 12 months by tacit agreement, without its duration exceeding September 30, 2028

For each lot, the offer presented by the candidate must cover all of the servicesof the framework agreement
