Tender Details

1. The subject of the order, in accordance with the Description of the Subject Matter of the Order, the Technical Specification and the Draft Agreement, constituting annexes to the SWZ, is the provision of services within the scope of the task titled: Maintenance of urban greenery in the City of Bełchatów. Service includes the maintenance of urban green areas in Bełchatów, in particular: parks, squares, green areas and other green areas, as well as the implementation of works classified into the following types of groups: a) maintenance of low green areas; b)maintenance high greenery; c) maintenance of alleys and pedestrian routes in green areas; d) restoration/replacement/supplementation of high and low greenery in green areas, using plant material purchased by the Ordering Party and delivered to the Contractor or purchased by the Contractor; e) other services included in the scope of urban greenery maintenance, including maintenance and seasonal maintenance of the sprinkler and irrigation system. 2. The subject of the order will be performed in accordance with the content of the Draft Agreement, description and terms of implementation services included in the Offer Form (Appendix No. 1), Description of the Subject of the Order (Appendix No. 2), Technical Specification (Appendix No. 3). These documents constitute an integral part of the contract.
