MAINTENANCE OF THERMAL - HVAC INSTALLATIONS The purpose of this supplies and services contract is to provide supplies and services aimed at ensuring the upkeep, operation and maintenance of all technical installations of the building, with a view to comfort for occupants, energy optimization and quality of service. It revolves around three major issues: - Comfort & Safety: Maintaining optimal quality of service and a level of comfort adapted to occupants. - Energy Performance: Optimization and rationalization of equipment operation to reduce the carbon footprint and energy bill. - Sustainability of the Heritage: Rigorous upkeep and maintenance (preventive and corrective) of all technical installations Its scope of services is: - Driving & Operation: Management, adjustments and daily monitoring of technical equipment. - Preventive Maintenance: Systematic maintenance, regulatory visits and revisions periodicals. - Corrective Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Curative interventions, on-call and recommissioning of installations. - Energy Monitoring: Analysis of consumption, suggestions for improvements and sobriety settings.
