MICC Fort Hood intends to award a Firm-Fixed-Price Contract for Expert Witness in support of USAG Fort Hood. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 236220- Commercial and Institutional Building Construction, Business Size Standard $45M. This requirement is a 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside acquisition. See the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS) for full requirement details.

This solicitation will close at 8:30 AM Central Time on 23 April 2026. Quotations received after this date and time will be considered late in accordance with FAR 52.212-1(f) and will not be evaluated.
