Construction area A Construction area B The procurement concerns services for supervision, maintenance and repair of technical installations in buildings. The assignment includes operational monitoring, ongoing maintenance as well as remedial and preventive measures to ensure function, reliability and energy-efficient use of the systems. The technical installations include, for example, heating, ventilation, cooling and electrical systems as well as associated control and regulation equipment. The supplier shall provide the required competence and resources for efficient and quality-assured management of the installations. The procurement will result in two contracts, one per contracting area. You can therefore win one or both areas and separate contracts are signed respective. Halmstads Fastighets AB (HFAB) is a public housing company owned by Halmstad municipality. The company owns and manages approximately 11, 000 rental apartments and a large number of premises throughout the municipality.
