The subject of the order is the maintenance of sidewalks, parking lots and bicycle paths as well as adjacent green areas, hereinafter referred to as "the subject "contract" covering three parts (tasks) entitled: Part 1 (Task 1) Żarów zone I Part 2 (Task 2) - Żarów zone II Part 3 (Task 3) - Żarów WSSE 2. The material scope of the subject of the contract includes: 1) Part 1 (Task 1) Żarów zone I The subject of the contract includes ongoing maintenance to ensure the cleanliness and order of sidewalks, bicycle paths and parking lots in the city of Żarów (Żarów zone I) with an area of: sidewalks 10, 918.02 m2, parking lots - 2, 832.06 m2, bicycle paths - 8, 891.31 m2, green areas - 27, 175.00 m2, by: a) collecting every day, no later than 10.00, all solid waste, b) systematic (at least once a week) sweeping of sidewalks, bicycle paths and parking lots (removal of accumulated sand, turf, mud, leaves and other pollutants) and periodic weeding to ensure that they are free from overgrowth, c) systematically maintaining green areas in an appropriate condition by raking and removing leaves, branches, etc. pollutants, in accordance with the Annex No. 3 to the contract, d) clearing snow in a way that allows for the proper use of sidewalks, bicycle paths and parking lots, as well as combating slipperiness and black ice with sand.
