Details about the Packages can be found in Part II of the SWZ. 4) Pursuant to Art. 101 section 4 of the Act, the Ordering Party allows equivalent solutions described in the SWZ using standards and assessments technical specifications and technical reference systems referred to in Article 101 section 1 point 2 and section 3 of the Act, if they allow to obtain features or parameters not worse than those mentioned.
