Maintenance services installation of oil well pumps - 1 MAINTENANCE OF THE PUMPS OF THE WATER PUMPING SYSTEM IS REQUESTED IN THE FOLLOWING: MAINTENANCE OF THE PUMPING SYSTEM BUILDING NO7 Change of bearings to two (2) electric motors 15 HP pumps. • Change of hydraulic seal to two (2) 15 HP centrifugal pumps. • Application of dielectric varnish to the coils of the electric motor of two (2) 15 HP pumps. • Supply and installation of 3” schedule 40 PVC pipe in the pipeline. suction from one (1) 15 HP pump. • Supply and installation of two (2) 3" foot check valves (toad) in the suction pipe of the 15 HP pumps. • Supply and installation of two (2) 120-gallon hydropneumatic tanks in the pumping system. • Supply of the following materials for the Pumping System Board: o Two (2) three-phase motor protectors, 32-40 amps (15 HP motor at 208-220 volts) of the ABB, SIEMENS or SCHNEIDER brands. o Two (2) three-phase contactors, 50 amps, with coil 208220 volts, from ABB, SIEMENS or SCHNEIDER brands. o One (1) metal cabinet to be used as an Electrical Control Board, with dimensions 600 x 400 x 250 mm. • Functional tests. 2 MAINTENANCE TO PUMPING SYSTEM BUILDING NO5 Activities to be carried out: • Change of bearings to electric motors of two (2) 7.5 HP pumps. • Change of hydraulic seal to two (2) 7.5 HP centrifugal pumps. • Application of dielectric varnish to the bo...
