With automatic extinguishing equipment refers to equipment facilitating rescue operations, the purpose of which is to extinguish and/or limit the fire they detect. Extinguishing equipment includes sprinkler equipment, water mist equipment, gas extinguishing equipment, aerosol equipment and foam extinguishers. This framework arrangement covers the service and maintenance services of the automatic extinguishing equipment located in the properties of the city of Helsinki. The serviced objects are mainly located in the Helsinki city area. Acquisition the goal is to ensure reliable and trouble-free operation of the equipment. The maintenance services fulfill the statutory requirements set for the property owner by the Rescue Act (379/2011) and the Act on certain fire safety devices (191/2024) security obligations.
