The purpose of this framework agreement is the execution of services and maintenance on a supervision system (hardware and software) developed with the PANORAMA software on the DGA aeronautical techniques site in Balma.
This is a SCADA system (Scanning Control and Data Acquisition System).real time) in star based on Advantys field controllers and Schneider Federator controllers. A subsystem for monitoring and collecting electrical data structured in a ring composed of automatons and an Allen-Bradley concentrator (Rockwell for the software) is attached to the GTC (Centralized Technical Management).
Through redundant servers and several client stations for supervision, this system allows the monitoring of technical installations (electricity distribution, compressed air production, industrial water treatment, pressurized oil production, etc).
The framework agreement concerns preventive maintenance of the entire system (backups, SQL database management, etc.), as well as corrective action (communication problems, defective equipment, etc.). The system will also have to evolve depending on the replacement of installations or the addition of new ones.information to monitor.
This GTC allows the analysis of different information and in particular energy balances. The holder of this contract will be asked to propose improving the efficiency of this system.
