The procurement is divided into two sub-areas, for both of which one (1) supplier will be selected: Sub-area 1: Elevator maintenance services and annual maintenance Section 2: Maintenance services and annual maintenance of lift doors and electric gates The name "Device" can also be used for an elevator, electric gate or lift door. Content of the annual maintenance contract: - Basic maintenance - Periodic inspections ordering from the agreed inspection institute - Assisting in periodic inspections - All work lasting two hours or less performed on site during normal working hours - For repair work lasting two hours or less (done on site) only spare parts are invoiced- Small accessories (mentioned in the Procurement object criteria) are not accepted as billable spare parts- Service request and visit so-called "the device worked normally" situations are included in the contract, unless it is clearly vandalism or service request based on misuse. For major repairs or maintenance such as modernizations, oil changes, etc., the service provider must provide priced repair or maintenance proposals. In the customer's organization or premises, during the contract period arrangements take place that result in changes in the scope and number of properties (e.g. a possible sale of a property).
