Maintenance services for additional buildings in Mobile Control Units and Mobile Control Points 1. The subject of the basic contract and in the option law is the provision of maintenance services for additional buildings by the Contractor to the Ordering Party, constituting equipment in: 1, 170 (seventy) MJK vehicles; 1, 232 vehicles (thirty-two) MPK; hereinafter collectively referred to as the "Services". 2. The subject of the order includes: basic order (guaranteed) and contract covered by law options (non-guaranteed, optional), provided for in accordance with Art. 441 of the Public Procurement Law. 3. The subject of the order under the option right is the unilateral extension by the Ordering Party of the validity period of the Agreement referred to in § 3 section 1 PPU, but not longer than until 48 months have passed from the date of signing the Agreement. 4. The services include the following activities: 4.1 performing annual inspections of additional equipment elements, 4.2 performing diagnostics and repairs of additional equipment elements, 4.3 delivery with installation of spare parts. 5. A detailed description of the subject of the order is specified in: 5.1 Draft provisions of the contract, hereinafter referred to as "PPU", the template of which is Annex H to the SWZ. 5.2 Description of the Subject of the Order (hereinafter referred to as "OPZ") constituting Annex No. 1 to the PPU. 6.
