The goal of the procurement is to find Istek a cost-effective supplier for maintaining, expanding and developing existing voice and customer service systems. The supplier is a certified partner of Mitel products, who will actively participate in the systems and functions for further development and to support Istek's service production. In the future, the development of systems will increasingly be based on artificial intelligence solutions and various integrations with third-party systems, so the supplier must have wide-ranging vision and experience in customer service solution packages.
