1. The subject of the order, in accordance with the Description of the Subject Matter of the Order (OPZ), is the maintenance of small architectural objects and devices in the proper technical and aesthetic condition in the City of Bechatów, consisting of: maintaining cleanliness, ongoing maintenance and performing their repairs. Detailed scope of work to be performed under this order: 1) Group I of works includes the ongoing maintenance of small architectural objects and devices located in the City of Bechatowo in proper technical and aesthetic condition. These works are ongoing works throughout the duration of the contract and are covered by a monthly flat rate. 2) As part of group II of works, Works to order, the Contractor undertakes to perform works based on individual orders from the Ordering Party. (submitted by e-mail, in writing or by telephone), specifying the scope of work that will be covered by settlement based on unit rates in accordance with the Price Form submitted by the Contractor. Detailed description of the subject of the order and requirements of the ordering party for the execution of the order were presented in the documentation constituting annexes to the SWZ.
