1. The VICENTE SOTTO MEMORIAL MEDICAL CENTER through the GAA/IGF intends to apply the sum of Sis Million Five Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php 6, 500, 000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for the MAINTENACE SERVICE PACKAGE FULL COMPREHENSIVE - PHILIPS MULTIVA 1.5T - SCANNING SYSTEMS, MAGNETIC RESONANCE IMAGING, FULL BODY. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The VICENTE SOTTO MEMORIAL MEDICAL CENTER now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Rendering of Services shall be required for one (1) year. Bidders should have completed, within three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
